Ordering Information

To ensure your order can be handled efficiently, the following information is needed:

The name and address for delivery

 

2.

Address to which the invoice should be sent (if different from above)

 

3.

Your purchase order number

 

4.

The product code, description and quantity you require

 

5.

Any other special instructions - for example, logo etching, instrument labelling, set compilation

Emergency Supply (UK Only)

Next day delivery is normally possible if you place your order before 3.30pm (GMT). Items required on the same day can be dispatched by a courier at an extra charge. If this is the case then please contact us as soon as possible.

Returned Goods Policy

 

1.

Scala Surgical Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") offers a 7 day grace period during which the customer may revoke an order, or return any purchased products.

 

2.

Prior to the return of any product, The Company must be notified in writing.

 

3.

All goods that have been authorised for return must be accompanied with a returned goods note quoting (where possible) the following:

a)

The customer's name and address

b)

The product code, quantity and description of the goods to be returned

c)

The Company's invoice number and the customer's purchase order number that the goods were purchased on

d)

The reason for return


The returned goods policy for customers outside the UK is available upon request.
