Silicone Mats

Our silicone mats are designed to protect surgical instruments and sterilisation equipment throughout the reprocessing cycle and in theatre. Manufactured from medical grade silicone that is fully RoHS compliant, every mat is autoclavable, radiolucent, and free from cadmium or other harmful substances.

The range includes hedgehog mats with flexible pins that cushion instruments and prevent metal-to-metal contact, featuring drainage holes and raised airflow bumps for efficient washing and drying. Magnetic mats hold steel instruments securely in place during surgical procedures, reducing the risk of drops and maintaining workflow. Anti-slip mats provide a stable, heat-resistant surface for sterile trays and containers on shelving and work surfaces.

Unlike lower quality alternatives that discolour and degrade after repeated use, our mats retain their colour and integrity over time - a visible indicator of safety and compliance.
