The instruments were delivered quickly and despite being in large quantities every instrument was in perfect working order. Over ordering was an issue during this project due to hospital specifications changing throughout the quoting and tray building, returning instrumentation can cause an issue with the majority of suppliers however Scala were happy to take back the instrumentation and also provide additional instruments at short notice.
