Our product photos show instruments before final production.
Before dispatch, every Scala instrument is inspected, laser marked and passivated, giving it a clean, finished surface and added protection against corrosion.
Sieve (Diameter: 45mm) with spring loaded handle mechanism
A stainless steel fine mesh sieve with a 45mm diameter, designed for multiple applications in both medical CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department) environments and food preparation. CSSD Use: Commonly used for controlled dispersion of enzyme powders and detergents in ultrasonic cleaning baths, filtration of fine debris from surgical instruments, and secure containment of small components such as screws and springs during washing and sterilization cycles. The spring-loaded handle mechanism ensures a secure closure, allowing for easy handling and efficient processing. Autoclavable, corrosion-resistant, and reusable, making it ideal for sterile reprocessing environments. Tea Infusion Use: Can also be used as a tea infuser, allowing for easy brewing of loose-leaf tea. The fine mesh prevents tea leaves from escaping while ensuring proper steeping. Simple to use and easy to clean, making it a versatile tool for both medical and food-grade applications.
These are re-usable, non-sterile medical devices (unless otherwise stated).
