What Do We Do?
Quality Control & Rework
Every instrument is individually quality checked under magnification (microscope or loupe). Where needed, our technicians perform high-precision rework to refine jaws, edges, alignment and surface finish. Through detailed magnified inspections, every instrument is checked for quality, with our technicians expertly refining jaws, edges, alignment, and surface finish to meet our high standards.
Laser Marking
Once an instrument meets our release standard, we laser mark it for full traceability.
Passivation
Each instrument undergoes passivation to optimise corrosion resistance.
Perfection
This final 20% of the process is where most of the time and expertise sits – and it’s why we describe ourselves as a manufacturer, not just a distributor.
