Our policy is simple: if more than 14 days have passed since the items were delivered, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, you must complete our return request form. If your return is authorised, you will receive instructions on the next steps.

You will then have 14 days to return the items to us. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. For B2B customers, separate terms and conditions apply.

Please note, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs, insurance, etc. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.

If your return was authorised but you haven’t received a refund/credit yet, please contact your bank as it may take some time for the refund to be processed and posted.
