It's simple!

As long as the item is in re-sell-able condition and you have proof of purchase, you have 30 days* from when you received it to let us know! The conditions of a return are as follows:


RETURNS POLICY

Our policy is 30 days from the point of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your items were delivered, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.*

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.*

To complete your return, you will require a returns note number.* 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as: Products with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If the item was used then it must be returned in a Sterile State with evidence showing this, otherwise the item may be discarded or destroyed.


Refunds:

If you are a subscriber, then you will be part of the #Reverseit system.

Once your return is approved for return, you will have 7 days* from then to return the item/s.

Once it's received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be applied to your original method of payment (or credit applied to your account).

You may also receive notification of it from your bank or our accounts department.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund/credit yet, please check your bank account/email again. Contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you have a different preference. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or one within its tier, then please contact us.



Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you are a subscriber.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once paid. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance - as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item successfully.
