Our policy is usually 30 days from the point of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since the item/s were delivered, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. The item/s must be unused* and in it's original packaging.
To complete your return, you will need to fill out a returns request form (please contact us for a copy of the form).
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted such as: Products with obvious signs of use, item/s not in their original condition/packaging, damaged items or if it has missing parts due to no fault of Scala Surgical's, if a product was custom marked, or if an item is returned after 30 days.
If the item was used, then it must be returned in a sterile condition with evidence showing this, otherwise the item may be discarded/destroyed upon receipt.
Once your return is approved, you will be notified and will have 10 working days* to return the item/s.
Once the item/s are received, they will be inspected. Any further findings will be communicated back to you if need be.
If your return is approved then a refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s unless you are part of the ReverseIt system.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once paid. The cost of return shipping may be deducted* from your final refund. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance - as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item/s.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund/credit yet, please check your bank account/email again. Contact your card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you have a different preference. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or one within its tier, then please contact us.
